Stratos Medical Group is a one-stop shop for your VA claims needs. We are uniquely equipped to diagnose your disability*, evaluate its severity, and write Nexus Letters to establish service connection—all in one place.

*As indicated. Some conditions may require further workup or a referral to an in-person evaluation.

  • Consultations do not include telehealth as no medical evaluation is performed. These services are appropriate for those who already have a diagnosed condition and need an opinion letter.

Record Review

  • Includes a thorough review of your records to identify relevant information for VA claims. You will receive a follow-up email on next steps.

    Please upload your medical documents to the HIPAA compliant portal after purchasing a record review.

  • A record review is required before we can determine whether there is sufficient evidence to support a Nexus Letter or DBQ.

  • This is a one-time fee. If you need Nexus Letters or DBQs in the future, record reviews are free.

Nexus Letter

  • Preparation of an expert letter of medical opinion to establish a connection between a veteran’s current medical condition and their military service. Each Nexus Letter focuses on supporting one condition.

DBQ

  • Completion of a DBQ form based on the veteran’s medical history and the record review. The VA has a separate DBQ for each condition.

    *Some DBQs may need to be completed via telehealth or in-person.

Expedited Delivery

  • Standard (included) - 7-10 days after your appointment.

    Expedited ($200) - within 48 hours of your appointment.

  • Comprehensive evaluation conducted via telehealth. Designed to thoroughly examine your condition and provide the necessary documentation for your VA claim. For more details, explore the options listed under this section.

Medical Evaluation for vets

  • 30-45 minute evaluation by a physician. Conducted via HIPAA compliant Telemedicine.

    Comprehensive medical evaluation to assess eligibility for a diagnosis and support VA claims, custom solution for veterans who do not currently have a diagnosis but believe they meet the criteria.

    To ensure we maintain the highest level of care and attention to detail, evaluations are limited to one conditions/diagnoses. This allows us to provide the most accurate and comprehensive support for your VA claim.

  • Record Review.

    One DBQ.

    One Nexus Letter, as appropriate.

  • This service is currently limited to veterans present in California at the time of evaluation.

Medical Re-Evaluation

  • 15-25 minute evaluation of one new or existing condition by a physician. Conducted via HIPAA compliant Telemedicine.

    You have previously undergone our Medical Evaluation for Vets, and wish to be re-evaluated. This is particularly beneficial if:

    • Your condition has worsened.

    • You have new information.

    • You wish to reassess your existing or new diagnosis.

    This is a follow-up service with deeply discounted rates only available to vets who have already undergone our medical evaluation.

  • One DBQ.

  • Price - $300

  • This service is currently limited to veterans present in California at the time of evaluation.

Rebuttal Letter

  • You had your records review, medical evaluation, and forms. You did everything right, but the VA denied your claim.

    We take care of our veterans and stand by them. Your after-case review and rebuttal letter are free.
