Do you guarantee a successful VA claim?

We don’t guarantee specific results, but we provide the best medical opinions based on the evidence to support your claim.

What if my VA claim is denied?

If your claim is denied, we can help with a rebuttal letter or further medical clarification. We don’t assist with filing your claim, but you can find a VA-accredited rep through va.gov.

What is a licensed and board-certified doctor?

A licensed doctor has finished medical school, passed exams, and met all the state’s requirements to practice medicine. A board-certified doctor has gone further by passing tough specialty exams and keeping up with education and practice standards. It usually takes 11-15 years of training to become both licensed and board-certified. At Stratos, all our doctors meet these standards to provide expert VA disability evaluations.

Why are your prices lower than other VA claim sites?

While working with our qualified specialists may come at a premium, our goal is to deliver exceptional value for veterans. By eliminating third-party middlemen—who inflate costs with advertising and payroll—and still pay doctors to evaluate you, we keep our prices competitive. We focus only on the essential services needed for your claim, providing the best value directly to you.

While our upfront fees may appear high, they are often lower than those of unaccredited VA assistance programs. Partnering with us is an investment in yourself and your future. The amount you pay is minimal compared to the lifetime value of the monthly cash flow from a successful claim.

Remember, you can get free assistance from an accredited VSO.

Is there a refund policy?

Record reviews are non-refundable. Services not yet started are refundable. For example, if you sign up for a Medical Evaluation but decide not to proceed after the Record Review, you will be refunded the difference.

Do you take insurance?

No. We charge upfront fees for services. We do not accept or bill insurance. Insurance coverage comes with rules and regulations that limit what services you can access. It does not cover medical opinions, VA forms, or VA disability evaluations. This allows us the flexibility to provide solutions tailored to you.

Can I get these services from my private doctor?

Yes. Your private doctor can write Nexus Letters or fill out DBQs. But many veterans find it hard to get these services from private doctors. That’s where we step in.

Can you treat me?

No, we only provide evaluations to support your VA claim. For treatment, we refer you to your regular doctor.

What if I don’t have medical records from my military service?

Many doctors don’t know the VA’s disability rules. Our doctors are experts in evaluating your condition and providing a medical opinion or evaluation, which can serve as part of your medical record.

Can you “coach” me for my VA exam?

No, we are committed to supporting you with integrity. We provide helpful information, but we do not coach veterans.
